Advertisement for Bids Water System Improvements Ross Street Water Line Relocation by the Cherokee Nation (Agent) in cooperation with the Tahlequah Public Works Authority (Owner) Tahlequah, Oklahoma Sealed proposals will be received by the Cherokee Nation (Agent) acting as agent for the Tahlequah Public Works Authority (Owner), at their Department of Transportation offices located at 17863 W Persimmon, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, until Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. for the Water System Improvements, Ross Street Water Line Relocation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the scheduled time for closing will be returned unopened. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. The work includes the following: Approximately 4,000 LF of 24” and 2,200 LF of 16” ductile iron water line, bores, and all other appurtenances.
