NEW FLORENCE BOROUGH Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania CONTRACT NO. 2024-01: Stormwater Improvements PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Stormwater Improvements Project, Contract No. 2024-01, for the Borough of New Florence (Owner) will be received online via PennBid for the until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Monday, May 20, 2024, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid.
